Project Tariro is administered by a Board of Directors that represent a three-way partnership among The Faculty of Health Sciences of Africa University, The Zimbabwe United Methodist Church, and the Friends of Project Tariro in USA.

Mr. Mutsa Mujaji is the chairperson of the board.  Ms. Violet Chikanya is the project manager of Project Tariro.
