Project Tariro (Shona/Ndebele for “hope”) is located in Zimbabwe (southern Africa) very near Africa University and the Old Mutare Mission Hospital.

Project Tariro provides holistic care to persons living with HIV and AIDS through

Friends of Project Tarirois a non-profit organization incorporated in Tennessee, USA and its Board is currently chaired by  Rev. Dr. Paul Van Buren. Friends of Project Tariro seeks to raise funds for Project Tariro’s work of supporting and caring for persons living with HIV/AIDS and their caregivers in a holistic rehabilitation program with practical education experience.
